He explained our costs-situation clearly, demonstrated clear interest in helping us save money, while providing sufficient coverage. He did not rush us through the assessment of our coverage, and advised solutions to avoid unnecessaryily overpaying. A rare experience, not having to deal with being pressured, because we usually have to fend off suggestions in those situations, when assessing/deciding upon our coverage. The office atmosphere is comfortable, as was the sharing of information we need to make decisions about our needs. We actually got into our car, remarking positively about what had just happened."

"I have rated this agent 1 start, He, Rusty, doesn't deserve even one start. On January 29th I called the agents office seeking some help with a getting a claim filed and possible getting a car rental set up. Because the Radiator had creaked after the cold spill and I had minor front in damage to the front bumper. So during the cold spill the radiator creaked. I was explaining my situation to Rusty and his reply to everything was go on the app and file a claim. I was asking for his help multiple times. Rusty got upset and referred to me Dude. He made the statement, come on dude and then told me, Clam down Son. Let me say this, I am a older gentleman and I don't think it's appropriate to refer to your client as Dude or Son during a stressful situation. I had just signed up with Stat Farm within the last couple of months. At this time would Not Recommend insurance coverage with State Farm. I have spoken with multiple people that have had State Farm and each person told me Horror stories about dealing with State Farm."
